Service Horrible, got rug pulled from under me & pushed to sell a lower model as if it was better than the one I had my grips on. While going through negotiations and getting images & logos designed for the box I was randomly hit with a message (down below) telling me I was not able to use the model because someone place an order A WEEK AGO! What!? #1 why string me along for a week with trying to figure out designs & me spending money on logos for you to pull the rug from under me then send me an (alleged) older model? That alone is a red flag. I was very dedicated in getting this done & spreading the news about this product I will be selling soon just to randomly get smacked with basically "Hey someone else gave us a better deal a week ago but here is a way cheaper model" talk about heartbreaking disappointment. Nevermind the fact I purchased the item days prior that I THOUGHT I had, just to sample it out to later lose the item & my MONEY to test the product.

machines are good . the shipping price for all goods from china are too expensive and air express is too slow.
